Warneka is available to speak at Catholic colleges and Catholic universities across the United States as well as internationally. “Catholic institutions of higher education have come to realize the importance of values-based, character-developing approaches to leading people, and Catholic Servant Leadership fits the bill perfectly!” said Warneka.

The time appears to be ripe for Catholic Servant Leadership. “Whether studying business or health care, engineering or computer science, Catholic student leaders need to develop the faith-based leadership skills that will help them succeed in today’s global economy,” said Warneka.

Warneka notes that he customizes every Catholic Servant Leader keynote speech that he gives. Just to name a few, Warneka can incorporate such topics as Catholic social justice, peace and peace-making initiatives, emotional intelligence, spirituality in the workplace, and diversity into his keynote speeches.

Warneka holds a master’s degree in education, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and post-graduate certification from the world-famous Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, the oldest Gestalt training center in the United States. He is a licensed clinical counselor and has treated people across the life span. Very much a Renaissance person, Warneka also holds black belt ranking in the non-violent martial art of Aikido (“The Art of Peace”), which he has practiced over 18 years. “Catholic Servant Leadership begins with the body,” says Warneka, “so it is a very holistic approach to leadership.” His holistic approach to leadership that focuses on mind, body, spirit and relationship is very appealing to Catholic student leaders, many of whom are interested in yoga, dance, martial arts, meditation, contemplative prayer and other integrated practices.

In addition to keynote speeches, Warneka also facilitates Catholic Servant Leadership workshops, training sessions and retreats for both faculty and students. “I actually began my research into Catholic Servant Leadership through the study and practice of Catholic contemplative prayer. I began spiritual direction during my years at the University of Dayton, and I’ve been fascinated by contemplative and meditative traditions ever since,” notes Warneka.

While Warneka also provides keynotes speeches, leadership coaching and consulting services to secular organizations, associations, conferences, colleges and universities, he is very enthusiastic about Catholic Servant Leadership. “Keynote speaking and facilitating learning is my ministry,” observes Warneka. “I offer reduced rates to non-profit organizations and try hard to work within people’s budgets.

Warneka truly seems to have a walk-your-talk approach to his work. “I’m a speaker who is easy to work with. I don’t make excessive demands like some speakers,” he said.

Warneka is available for Catholic Servant Leadership keynote speeches, workshops, training sessions and retreats for Catholic student leaders and school faculty in Catholic high schools, Catholic colleges and Catholic universities.
